Our traditional stone built typical Welsh home with lots of room for fun. Martin Street is a short walk to Morriston and just a mile or so to the city centre. With easy access to M4, city centre and the Gower you will be in a great place to enjoy all that Swansea has to offer . Some lovely walks with Valley and coastal landscapes and near to local business locations and the large teaching hospital at Morriston . Our property is an end of terrace with a few steps up to the front door. Once inside we have a 'front room' with a click clack sofa bed, which is a single, the main living area has lots of seating on the two comfy leather sofas and the dining table seats 4. The kitchen is to the rear of the house with pots & pans, cutlery, chopping boards plates, mugs etc etc. The cooker is freestanding electric and the washing machine has a starter pack of powder. Upstairs we have two double bedrooms with comfy beds, pillows, duvets etc and the bathroom has a bath with shower over, There is a rear garden with patio area which is easily accessed via a few stone steps from the kitchen. There is also a small table and folding chairs The property is on Martin Street with access from the street via a few stone steps to the front door. The property has easy access to the M4 and arterial roads and access to good public transport via buses and rail. We have a small village neighbourhood in Morriston and we are a short drive to the CIty Centre and beaches Lots of buses run from the main street in Morriston. There are lots of taxis firms too. Parking is on street and you can usually find space just outside, but not on yellow lines! Access to the property: there are several stone steps to the front of the house which makes it difficult for anyone with mobility isssues and not suitable for wheelchair users.
